SSPRS (Southern States Paranormal  Research Society) respects your right to privacy; therefore, all information shared with SSPRS will be treated as and held in the strictest of confidence. Specific information, including any information that may or may not be covered in this privacy policy, will not be shared with anyone and/or any entity/entities except as you have indicated by written consent, and never without your permission.  However, your information may be disclosed under the following circumstances:

 

A.   ) We are under the same legal obligation as educators, public officials and/or medical professionals to report suspected abuse and/or any type of conditions and/or behaviors that may be deemed to constitute a possible threat to the physical and/or mental health and wellbeing of the client, the occupants (both human and non-human) of the client’s home/business/property, our team and/or the general public; if we are served a warrant or suspect any of the above conditions, we will fully cooperate with law enforcement.

 

This policy applies to all information obtained through research, interviews, case studies, documentation, emails, etc. We do not share information with anyone and even when we consult with other paranormal teams on a case, we do not share personally identifiable information. We value the trust between us and our clients and will protect it vigorously.
